Not gonna lie, I was actually quite nervous on set as I only had such limited time to prepare since I was working the whole week. It’s a challenge trying to balance the life as a full-time dentist BUT I’ve always believe that life IS about doing things out of your comfort zone.
Hosting in a language I’m not fluent in?
(The team have to teach me to pronounce a word as simple as “Keluarga” so that I sound more natural😂)
Trying my best to stay calm in front of the cameras as the live session can’t afford retakes or edit?
It’s not something that I’m used to....I was trained to talk & treat one-to-one in my clinic!😂

But isn’t that exciting?
Doing things that you’re not used to, and slowly transforming it into a norm. Pushing yourself to grow and grow. This way, you can ONLY get better.
By constantly doing things you’re not comfortable with, that’s how you know you’re REALLY challenging yourself and expanding your potential.
So do something that you’re “not comfortable with” today. I assure you, the future you will look back and glad that you had the courage to do something different in life!🤗
